All items are supplied new and printed to order. Orders will be processed and posted within 3 working days.

All items will be posted using Royal Mail tracked 48

Large Letter £2.75

Small Parcel £3.55

Royal Mail Deliveries

Royal Mail classifies an item as lost after 15 working days from its expected delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement until this period has passed.

All Royal Mail services we use include tracking, and a recorded delivery confirmation is accepted as proof of delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are unable to refund postage costs for items that arrive later than expected but within Royal Mail’s standard delivery window.

Returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 working days of receiving your order. Notify us in writing at sales@alans3dmodels.co.uk

• Goods must be returned at your expense unless they are faulty or supplied in error

• Items must be returned in reasonable condition

• You may request a prepaid returns label; the cost will be deducted from your refund

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation

We only ship to the UK and Northern Ireland, we do not ship to any other country.
